Задачи
- Serve as the functional knowledge expert for components
- Act as the liaison between the Accessibility Committee and Squad 33
- Reinforce product communication and promotion among stakeholders
- Coordinate release delivery with squads for effective release management
- Manage content, including creating tasks for countries in Lokalise
- Collaborate as part of the Squad Product Trio by communicating, organizing the product, and adding value beyond the role
- Create and track tasks to ensure end-to-end implementation of ODS components by the correct squads through production release




- Communicate with One Design System consumers to manage requests and expectations and motivate them to implement and contribute to the community
- Assist the Product Owner in organizing negotiations for component delivery and development and collect feedback across countries and squads as part of stakeholder management

Требования
- Complete professional fluency in English
- Proactive, autonomous, organized, and analytical approach
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or other Agile tools
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software or digital projects
- Experience working with component libraries and design files
- Experience working on social or consumer-facing products across desktop and mobile platforms
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to lead meetings, debate, and give feedback while respecting colleagues
- Demonstrated senior profile with the ability to generate ideas and materialize them into effective solutions
