Your Tasks

As part of our growth, we are looking for a People Attraction Specialist (m/f/d) to give support to the recruitment area in P&C; department performing the following key tasks:
- End-to-end recruitment process for all the companies within Nordex Group in Spain
- Job posting, screening candidates, scheduling interviews and drafting job offers
- STAR method interviews and other recruiting methods to hire the best talented candidates
- Drafting Job offers, negotiating conditions
- Reporting the KPIs
- Giving the support needed when participating in events and Fairs relative to employer branding or Job promotions

Your Profile
- University Degree in Psychology, Business Administration or related field
- Master in Human Resources or similar will be a plus




- 5+ years of Seniority
- Proficiency in English, German will be a plus
- Office package is needed
- SuccessFactors recruitment module is a plus
