We are looking for an Industrial Process Engineer with a passion for manufacturing excellence and process optimization, capable of transforming product requirements into efficient, robust, and scalable industrial solutions.

Your background
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Organization, or a Higher Vocational Training in Manufacturing, Mechatronics or Industrial Automation.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Process Engineering, Industrial Preparation, or Manufacturing Engineering, preferably within the automotive or industrial manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience supporting the industrialization of new products and manufacturing processes.

Your technical expertise
You have solid knowledge and hands-on experience in:
- Assembly process design and planning.
- Manufacturing feasibility analysis and technical requirement validation.
- Engineering Standard Time (EST) calculations and work measurement techniques.
- MTM methodology and time studies (MTM certification is considered an advantage).
