Задачи
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, for upper-SMB opportunities
- Lead strategic discovery conversations with HR, Finance, and C-level executives
- Apply the MEDDICC methodology to rigorously qualify opportunities, build champions, and close deals
- Collaborate cross-functionally with SDRs, Sales Enablement, and Marketing to generate pipeline and provide value
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and impeccable CRM management in Salesforce
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the sales process as the company scales in the United Kingdom

Требования
- Have 2-3+ years of experience in full-cycle SaaS sales in SMB or mid-market
- Have bilingual or native Spanish and advanced English




- Have deep knowledge and proven experience with MEDDICC or similar qualification frameworks
- Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills, adapting messages to different stakeholders
- Use a consultative, value-based sales approach focused on solving real business problems
- Be comfortable selling in a fast-growing, high-performance startup environment
- Nice to have: Experience selling to HR and/or Finance stakeholders
