Job Description Summary
GE Vernova is seeking a Lead Program Manager to join the Wind Controls Engineering Sub-System team in Greenville, SC. This role will support New Product Introduction (NPI) and engineering execution by providing strong program management discipline, cross-functional coordination, and operational rigor across Controls programs.

As a Lead Program Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and driving execution of the Controls sub-system scope across the product lifecycle. You will report to the Controls Integration Leader and work closely with the Sub-System Operations Leader, program leadership, systems engineering, functional teams, and partner sub-systems to ensure priorities, schedules, risks, and deliverables are clearly aligned.

Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and communicate the integrated Controls sub-system program schedule, including milestones, dependencies, budget inputs, resource needs, and key execution priorities.
Partner with program leaders, systems integration leaders, functional managers, and other engineering sub-systems to align Controls deliverables with overall Wind Engineering program objectives.
Apply disciplined program management practices, daily management routines, and appropriate GE Vernova Wind tools and other planning and tracking systems.
Identify, track, and help resolve programmatic and technical issues by facilitating cross-functional discussion, recovery plannin
