The Partnerships Operations Analyst plays a dual role at the intersection of data and operations within the Global Partnerships team. This position is responsible for delivering accurate,



timely reporting and analysis that drives partner performance visibility, while also serving as a key operational contributor — coordinating cross-functional projects, tracking initiative progress, and supporting the day-to-day execution of Global Partnership Ops. The adecuado candidate is equally comfortable building a pivot table and managing a project tracker, and brings a proactive mindset to both data and operational challenges.

Project Management & Operational Support
Cross-functional Coordination: serve as the operational backbone for Global Partnerships initiatives — tracking timelines, coordinating action items across teams, and ensuring deliverables stay on schedule
Project Tracking: maintain up-to-date project trackers, status dashboards, and milestone logs for ongoing Partnerships programs; flag risks, blockers, and delays to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner
