As a Meta Ads Consultant, you’ll take ownership of paid social growth across Facebook and Instagram, helping scale acquisition in key European markets. You’ll shape the strategy from the ground up while remaining deeply involved in campaign execution and optimisation. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking with data-driven decision-making. You’ll work closely with senior marketing stakeholders in a small, agile, international environment. Your work will directly influence lead generation, brand awareness, customer acquisition, and return on advertising spend. Accountabilities:




Develop and implement a full-funnel Meta advertising strategy tailored to key European markets and target audiences.
Plan, launch, manage, monitor, and continuously optimise Facebook and Instagram campaigns focused on lead generation, awareness, and acquisition.
Analyse campaign performance, identify trends and opportunities, and translate data into actionable optimisation initiatives.
Own paid social performance and continuously improve efficiency, ROI, and overall campaign impact.
Collaborate closely with senior product and marketing stakeholders to align paid social activity with broader growth objectives.
Advise on and contribute to ad copy, creative concepts, visuals, and landing pages to maximise campaign performance.
Prepare clear, insightful performance reports with practical recommendations for future improvements.
Continuously test audiences, creatives, messaging, and campaign approaches to identify scalable growth opportunities.
