1.- Check, review and convert into work order the electrical work requests inside the maintenance management software and avoid duplicated or unnecessary requests (Screening Process).
2.- Plan work orders detailing maintenance tasks if necessary with instructions, estimated hours, system condition, special tools, special materials, services needed, safety and environmental procedure references, and work permits / Lototos needed for electrical planned maintenance jobs (Planning Process)



while facilitating Scheduling Process and internal/external maintenance human resources optimization.
3.- Ensure the materials for the electrical planned repairs are available at the warehouse or purchase them in advance. Also ensure Services and Tools are available for electrical planned jobs when needed and purchase in advance if necessary. Perform kitting for spare parts when necessary.
4.- Support job safety analysis for electrical jobs when required and determine necessary special work permits and Lototo as well as coordinate service contractors.
5.- Know all Preventive, Predictive and Precision tasks within maintenance which apply to electrical jobs in accordance with the Reliability Engineer, and support electrical and instrumentation requirements for projects when needed as part of the Project Readiness.
6.- Carry out calibration program for critical instruments and rellevant safety devices in accordance with relibaility enginering, Quality Ass
