Fundamental Hospitality is looking to hire an experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our team at GAIA in Marbella.

This role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record of leading high-volume, premium dining operations. The idóneo candidate will demonstrate strong team leadership, a passion for exceptional guest experiences, and excellence in operational and financial management. This position is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, driving profitability, and consistently upholding the brand's high standards.
Candidate Profile:
Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a high-end restaurant concepts .
Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, P&L; oversight, and data-driven decision-making.
Legally authorized to work in Spain.
Previous experience in Greek dining concepts will be considered a strong advantage.
Experience leading large teams in high volume restaurant operations.
Deep industry insight into culinary trends, hospitality innovations, and evolving customer expectations within the premium dining segment.
