Role Summary
This is an outbound-focused, quota-carrying role responsible for generating qualified pipeline, primarily within the private sector, with a secondary responsibility supporting public sector outreach. The successful candidate will bring 2–6 years of SDR/BDR experience in a technology or SaaS environment, a demonstrated outbound methodology of their own, and the resilience to sustain high-volume prospecting activity over a sustained follow-up cycle. Performance is assessed on activity volume, qualification quality, and pipeline generated, with compensation structured to reward results.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound pipeline generation (private sector priority):
- Execute high-volume, multi-channel outbound prospecting (cold email, LinkedIn, phone) into named private-sector accounts and verticals, applying a structured outbound methodology of sequences and messaging.
- Own and continuously refine that methodology: test and iterate on messaging and sequencing based on response data.
- Qualify prospects against company's ICP using a structured framework (e.g. MEDDPICC/MEDDIC)



before booking meetings.
- Book qualified first meetings for Account Executives, with full context logged in the CRM/Jira within 24 hours.

Persistence & follow-through:
- Maintain structured, multi-touch follow-up cadences (7–12+ touches) across the sales cycle rather than disengaging after initial non-response.
- Maintain a working list of stalled or dormant accounts and systematically re-engage them on a defined cadence.

Public sector support (secondary):
- Support public sector team with outbound capacity when required — contacting hitlist accounts and contributing to pipeline coverage.
- Escalate anything requiring public-sector-specific expertise (tenders, procurement process) to Manu's team rather than handling it independently.

Pipeline hygiene & reporting:
- Log all outbound activity, prospect responses, and qualification notes in the CRM/Jira in real time.
