OCCAM Space is looking for an Electrical Systems & Harness Engineer to contribute to the development of our next generation of space Deployment Solutions.

What will you do?
Translate customer and mission requirements into electrical architectures and interfaces, including power distribution, grounding, bonding and shielding.
Design electrical harnesses, selecting wires, cables, connectors, backshells and pin allocations, and defining shielding and routing.
Produce electrical diagrams, ICDs,



wire lists, Bills of Materials and manufacturing documentation, and perform electrical analyses including voltage drop, current-carrying capability and derating.
Work closely with Systems and Mechanical Engineering to ensure proper electrical integration and define technical requirements for electronic units.
Coordinate technically with electronics suppliers, reviewing schematics, design documentation, qualification plans and test results.
Support harness manufacturing, integration and electrical MAIT activities, including inspection, continuity and insulation testing, functional testing and troubleshooting.
Participate in design reviews, qualification and environmental testing, supporting the resolution of electrical anomalies and non-conformances.
What are we looking for?
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Aerospace Engineering or a related technical field.
