Reshape is building AI-powered voice agents for the education industry. Our technology helps educational institutions automate and scale student engagement, qualification and admissions conversations through AI voice agents.
We're growing our GTM team and are looking for an ambitious Sales Development Representative Intern who wants to learn B2B sales by doing the real work — prospecting, calling, opening conversations and generating qualified meetings.
This is not a "just internship" role. The goal is to identify someone with strong potential and, if performance is strong, progress them into a full-time SDR position.
THE ROLE
As an SDR, you will be responsible for creating new sales opportunities with educational institutions across Europe.
Your main objective is simple: Start conversations with the right people and book qualified meetings for our sales team.



You will work closely with the GTM team and get hands-on experience with modern B2B sales tools, outbound prospecting and AI-powered sales processes.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Research and identify relevant educational institutions and decision-makers across Europe.
- Build and manage prospect lists.
- Conduct high-volume cold calling to schools, universities and other educational institutions.
- Send targeted outbound emails and LinkedIn messages.
- Qualify prospects and identify potential sales opportunities.
- Book qualified meetings for the Account Executive / GTM team.
- Follow up consistently with prospects who don't respond initially.
- Keep CRM data accurate and up to date.
- Work with HubSpot to manage your pipeline and activity.
- Use Apollo for prospecting, contact discovery and outbound campaigns.
- Leverage automations and AI tools to make prospecting more efficient.
- Track your activity and results and continuously improve your approach.
