YOUR MISSIONS
As a Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant, you will join the RUN team within our Cloud Service Center and act as a functional expert, playing a key lead and coach role for both consultants and clients.
1) AMS – Support & Continuous Improvement
Handle L3 topics: analysis, troubleshooting, resolution, workaround definition and follow-up until stabilization.
Drive service quality: SLAs, prioritization, KPIs, structured communication and risk management.
Organize and secure deployments: releases to production, fixes, regression testing, documentation and knowledge transfer.
Advise clients on adopting Oracle quarterly updates: impacts, trade-offs and business value.
