We're looking for a Software V&V; Team Leader to drive verification, validation and testing activities across complex signalling and software programs. This is high-impact engineering – ensuring safety, quality, and reliability in critical rail infrastructure.

Your role, your impact
• Define and deploy the Program Verification & Validation strategy and plan
• Lead verification, integration and test activities across software, product and system levels
• Drive the transition from manual to automated testing (Cucumber, JMeter, Postman, TestComplete)
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Security Signalling, Product Architecture, Development Centers)
• Manage configuration, change control and requirement traceability
• Oversee test execution, reporting, risks and issue management
• Define and follow up test environments, test benches and analysis tools
• Represent Alstom towards customers, providing visibility on V&V; progress and risks
• Lead the V&V; team and manage subcontractors and work packages
• Ensure independence between verification and design activities
