The role involves working closely with PVpharm’s team to develop and execute business development, sales and marketing initiatives in the pharmacovigilance, clinical safety, regulatory affairs and medical services space.ResponsibilitiesIdentification and consecution of potential clients and projects in all marketsCreation and management of proposalsRevision and management of commercial contractsLeads managementStrategic development and maintenance of partner relationshipsFinding funding for projects, including EU fundingContribute with the detailed description of company servicesCollaborate with Operations to align business development with service deliveryImplementation and maintenance of the marketing strategyImplementation of business plansImplementation of communication policyDevelopment and active participation in marketing activities and communicationsActive participation in business meetings and fairsSupport ERP implementationManage business KPIs/objectivesRequirementsAt least 3 years of experience in the areas of interestAt least 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales and Marketing areas related to the areas of interest, preferred in a Service Provider CompanyKnowledge of national and international regulations applicable to the field of expertiseExcellent written and verbal communications skills in EnglishHealth Sciences and Business degree (MBA preferred)Extraordinary interpersonal communication skillsProficiency in several languagesSales and opportunity mindedProfessional appearance and ability to represent the company appropriately in professional settingsConfident and trustworthyAbility to work in a team and also autonomous, with proactive planningProven organizational skills with attention to detail and commitment to quality and continuous improvementWhat you would achieveFull-Time Indefinite
