You will be working inan educational environment, with an exclusive package of services and accommodation in an exceptional location.You take care of the customer service; you help students at the counter, by mail,



and over the phoneYou manage reservations and therefore thecheck-in and check-out process. You provide our students with the necessary keys,cards and informationYou accompanyvisitors and future clients during open days, atour of the facilities, etc.You supportthe administration officeYou monitorthebuilding and take care of coordination between the different departments (cleaning, catering,maintenance &gardening;)You apply the neccesaryprotocols in emergenciesThisrolerequires you to work in shifts, with arotating schedule of 40-hours a week, planned within Monday to Sunday from 7am to 11pmwith correspondingweekly breaks and holidays.Your profile:Studies in relation to Hospitality Industry, Tourism, and Business Administration (formative degrees, diplomas …) will be positively valuedYou speak Spanish, as well as EnglishYou know how to work with MS OfficeYou have some interest and knowledge of
