Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to announce a unique opportunity for a Lithuanian Speaking Customer Service Agent to join our team in beautiful Bulgaria, with the benefit of paid relocation. In this role, you will be the front line of support for our Lithuanian-speaking customers, ensuring that they receive exceptional service and assistance with their inquiries.
Responsibilities

Provide customer support in Lithuanian through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to our products and services
Deliver comprehensive information about products, assist with order management, and help resolve any customer issues
Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system to track feedback ensure high-quality service
Work collaboratively with internal teams to elevate and solve complex customer issues effectively
Stay current on product knowledge, service updates,



and industry trends to provide informed advice and support to clients

Requirements

Fluency in Lithuanian (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is an advantage
Prior experience in customer service, especially in a related field or multilingual environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
Ability to resolve conflicts and provide effective solutions to customer inquiries
Familiarity with CRM software and standard office applications
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setup
Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria and engage with a new culture
