This hybrid role calls for someone who's comfortable with cold-calling, thrives on KPIs, and is ready to build a long-term sales career in a fast-paced, international environment.What You'll Do:Manage the complete sales cycle: initial contact, client meetings, free trial management, and subscription closeHand over accounts to the Customer Experience team post-subscriptionWork efficiently with auto-assigned leadsHandle a high-volume outbound workflow (~80-100 calls/day)Meet KPIs across calls, demos, trial-to-paid conversions, and Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) generatedProgress through a structured ramp-up: 0% (Month 0-1) 30% (Month 2) 60% (Month 3)
