For our modern office center, "The Circle" in Mallorca, we are looking for you to manage our front desk, warmly welcome tenants and visitors, and actively drive the leasing of premium office spaces.
Your tasks will include:

Welcoming and supporting tenants, visitors, and prospective clients at the front desk
Coordinating tenant onboarding and managing day-to-day office operations across community areas, meeting rooms, and shared workspaces
Acquiring new partners through guided viewings, presenting "The Circle", and closing rental agreements
Managing vendor relationships, maintenance, repair services,



and monitoring operational center costs
Handling email and phone correspondence, appointment scheduling, and resolving inquiries efficiently
Preparing monthly reports on occupancy, revenue, and improvement proposals while assisting with invoicing and contracts

Your profile:

A degree in business administration or a comparable professional qualification
Initial experience in a similar position, preferably within the real estate or hospitality sector
Strong sales aptitude, proactive mindset, and excellent customer-service orientation
Confident, professional communication skills in German, English, and Spanish
Proficient skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic accounting knowledge as an advantage
Residence in Mallorca with a self-driven, structured, and collaborative work approach
