You will combine project ownership, technical expertise, leadership, and hands-on problem-solving.ABOUT THE ROLEYou will act as the link between engineering, project management, customers, subcontractors, and on-site installation teams.Your responsibilities will include:Preparing international installation projects from a technical and organizational perspectiveTaking responsibility for system installation and commissioning at customer sitesMonitoring project planning, budget, safety, quality,



and progressLeading international installation teams and local subcontractorsManaging teams of up to approximately 35 people on larger projectsCommunicating with customers, suppliers, engineers, and internal stakeholdersSupporting installation, troubleshooting, testing, and commissioning when requiredIdentifying safety risks and ensuring compliance with applicable proceduresReporting project progress, deviations, and improvement opportunitiesLOCATION AND TRAVELThe position offers flexibility regarding your place of residence.
