Overview
We are looking for an Art Director obsessed with the craft of digital experiences, a true design nerd who is constantly curious, eager to learn, and passionate about exploring AI and its potential to enhance creativity and design.
Responsibilities

Participate in the creation of campaigns of different characteristics from conceptualization to execution with an integrated team.
Have the possibility open to always propose ideas for any client in the house, participate in open briefs, perform pro-activities, etc.
Work in a cohesive team in which we are all partners above anything else, and where the common ambition is to share ideas and develop them among all.
Ideation, creation and presentation of integrated campaigns.
Design and execution of online and offline advertising campaigns.
Presentations directly with the clients.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Advertising or Audiovisual Communication or Graphic Design / Visual Design OR have previous experience (+4 years)
Knowledge in Adobe suite and Figma.




Strong experience in graphic design and experience in motion graphics.
Knowledge and use of AI.
Language: Advanced level of English will be assessed at interview by The Talent Team.
Have a sense of teamwork and want to be part of a group of colleagues who take care of themselves, value themselves and respect each other.
Ease to express creative ideas clearly and concisely.
Understand communication as an integrated “whole” and not as something on / off.
Demonstrable experience creating and designing offline and online campaigns.
High level of involvement, commitment and responsibility.
