You’ll help ensure AI-assisted underwriting processing for our Iberian SME portfolio is accurate, compliant, and delivered to the highest standards.This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, analytically minded, and excited by the evolution of insurance operations and digital workflows.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor automated processing queues and resolve exception cases within agreed SLAs.Review and validate AI‑extracted data against source documents.Apply underwriting judgment to complex or non‑standard cases.Identify recurring exceptions and support continuous improvement of automation rules.Collaborate with technology and operations teams to refine workflows and thresholds.Support testing and validation of AI workflow changes before production.Manage broker digital experience, including access, maintenance,



and escalated queries.Carry out quality checks, audits, and compliance reporting.Help improve processes and reduce inefficiencies across operations.QualificationsExperience in insurance or financial services operations.Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.Confidence working in AI‑augmented environments and questioning automated outputs.Good communication skills and the ability to explain decisions clearly.Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
