As a Financial Specialist, you will be a vital contributor to our continued success and advancement. Your expertise and passion will play a key role in shaping the future of ourFinance Department and driving it to new heights.

What will you do?

Accounting:

-

- Processingand posting supplier invoices through Ariba and SAP.

- Monitoringinvoice approval workflows and following up with internal stakeholders toensure timely validation.

- Supportingsupplier account reconciliations and resolution of basic invoicediscrepancies.

- Assistingin monthly closing activities (accruals, invoice cut-off checks,supporting documentation).

- Maintainingaccounting records and ensuring proper filing of supporting documents.

- Supportingbank and balance sheet reconciliations.

- Assistingwith audit requests by gathering accounting documentation.

- Monitoringshared accounting mailboxes and responding to routine supplier queries.





- Ensuringcompliance with internal accounting procedures and company policies.

Controlling

- Follow-upof the company corporate expenses:

-

- Bysubchannels (Admin, Marketing & Communication, Logistics) & costtype

- Vs.Last year and Budget

- Reportingof reports on some specific expenses

- Travel& missions

- Logistics

- Potentialsupport on business controlling (Wholesale, Retail)
