What you’ll be doing?

-

- Building your own market (Germany)

- Prospecting clients (calls, emails, networking)

- Sourcing and qualifying IT talent

- Managing the full recruitment process

- Closing deals between candidates and clients





What we’re looking for?

- Fluent German + English (French or Dutch as a big plus)

- Sales background (BD, account management, real estate, call center…)

- Strong mindset: competitive, resilient, driven

- Someone who wants more than just a job

No recruitment experience needed - we train you.

Salary expectactation:

-

- Junior Recruitment Consultant (Entry-level) with €23,000 base salary and estimated first-year total compensation: €23,000-€30,000

- Recruitment Consultant (Experienced) with €25,000 base salary and estimated first-year total compensation: €25,000-€38,000

Uncapped commission structure - earnings can exceed the estimated range depending on individual performance.
