A day in the life
As a Waiter / Waitress at Amelia, you'll be part of a passionate Front of House team dedicated to delivering an exceptional Michelin-star dining experience. Every service is an opportunity to create unforgettable moments, ensuring every detail reflects our commitment to excellence. This is a permanent full-time position with continuous service from Wednesday to Saturday and three consecutive days off every week, offering an outstanding work-life balance. Working closely with the kitchen and your colleagues, you'll guide guests through a refined dining experience, anticipate their needs and help create the warm, personalized service that defines Amelia.
Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional food and beverage service with professionalism and attention to detail




Create memorable and personalized experiences for every guest
Develop a thorough knowledge of the menu, wine list and daily offerings
Prepare and maintain the dining room to the highest standards
Work closely with the kitchen and Front of House team to ensure seamless service
Anticipate guests' needs and respond with confidence and discretion
Maintain impeccable presentation and uphold Michelin-level service standards
Follow all hygiene, health and safety procedures
Contribute to a positive, collaborative and respectful team environment

Must have

Previous experience in a fine dining or Michelin-starred restaurant is highly preferred
Excellent command of English (spoken and written) is essential
Spanish is valued, and any additional languages are considered a strong advantage
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences
