Your role
As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for delivering an attentive, professional service aligned with the company’s quality standards and guest experience. You will play a key role in creating a consistent and memorable dining experience that reflects the hotel’s identity.
What you will do:

Welcome and assist guests during restaurant service, ensuring a friendly, efficient, and attentive experience
Prepare and maintain dining areas in perfect condition, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and proper setup
Take orders and serve food and beverages following established internal procedures
Coordinate with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth and high-quality service
Handle billing and payment processes when required




Comply with hygiene standards, food handling regulations, and occupational risk prevention policies
Contribute to a collaborative, professional work environment aligned with the hotel’s values
Represent the brand’s image and philosophy in every guest interaction
Perform any additional duties consistent with the role, level of responsibility, and area of expertise as assigned by Management
Collaborate flexibly with new operational, strategic, or organizational needs
Actively contribute to the development of the project, adapting to changes related to pre-opening, growth, and consolidation phases
