This full-time on-site position offers great opportunities for career growth.ResponsibilitiesManages the 3D Operations for Spare Parts at a worldwide level.Manages supply chain processes, including inventory analysis and planning, demand planning, import/export operations, and sales and operations planning (SOP).Manages spares portfolio from introduction to end of life (EOL).Crafts a monthly shipment plan for all relevant factories, optimizing availability within inventory boundaries.Identifies opportunities for process improvement and leads/develops recommendations for management.Coordinates demand and supply matching activities, connects planning to execution, and identifies issues and their impact.Works cross-functionally to prioritize backlog.Partners with general business units (Partner Factory/Regional teams) and supply bases to generate and deliver demand signals.Defines and reviews performance metrics on a regular basis,



identifying opportunities for improvement actions.Education & ExperienceRecommended: Four-year or graduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
