Overview
As an Automation QA Engineer, you will be part of a cross‑functional development team engineering the experiences of tomorrow. You will be involved from the initial phases of development, working closely with the entire team during each sprint to improve the quality of the product and achieve comprehensive automated test coverage.
Responsibilities
Architect test automation frameworks from scratch
Develop automated functional UI tests & API/service level tests
Integrate automated scripts into the CI/CD process
Develop, maintain and expand automated testing infrastructure
Devise and document test frameworks, coding standards, preferred design patterns,
and development methodologies
Ensure code quality with peer reviews to follow guidelines and standards
Define quality metrics and implement measurements to determine test effectiveness, testing efficiency, and overall product quality
Make conclusions and report on the quality of the product under test
Collaborate with other QA team members to automate manual test processes
Manage, analyze and mitigate testing risks
Onboard new team members on the project
Provide technical advice for the testing teams
Requirements
C# experience
QA experience
.Net Core
Unit/Integration test experience
Git
At least one of the following:
Experience testing microservices interfaces
Experience testing event‑driven systems
Experience with end‑to‑end testing in complex environments
Experience with performance/load testing
Message brokers (preferably Apache Pulsar, alternatively RabbitMQ or Kafka)
Actor model (e.g., MS O
