Your ResponsibilitiesWe are currently looking for aSeniorCareersand InternshipAdvisor (m/f/d) for our rapidly expanding Careers Team to supportthe new mandatory internshipprogrammeatbothBarcelonaand Madridcampuses. This role combines career guidance for students and graduates with strong business growth responsibilities, particularly by building bridges with industry and securing internship agreements for BSBI students. You will report to the Head of Careers Service and you will be based in Madrid.Internally – Working with Students, Staff, and AcademicsProvide individual career counselling and group career guidance sessions to students and graduatesPlan, develop, and deliver high-impact, in-person and hybrid workshops on career development, job search strategies and internship preparationAct as a key point of contact for all matters related to internships, ensuring each student is matched to a suitableplacement-providerthat aligns with their field of study and career goalsInform students of available internship opportunities, guiding them through application, interview,



and placement processesLiaise closely with academic staff, particularly course tutors, to align internship placements with academic requirements and ensure learning objectives are metSupervise and support students throughout their internships, conducting regular check-ins and acting as a mediator if issues arise.Oversee and manage the submission, tracking, and evaluation of student internship reports in collaboration with tutors and administrative teamsTravelbetween campuses (Barcelona andMadrid)Conceptualise and create engaging Careers Service materials for students, graduates, and academic staff.Create and update Careers Service materials and resources for studentsCollaborate proactively with the Campus Management, Marketing and Student Services Teams across Berlin, Hamburg, Barcelona,Madridand ParisExternally – Building and Managing Company RelationshipsStrategically develop and expand existingBSB
