Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality technical and account support to players via chat, email, and social media channels
Ensure an exceptional user experience by resolving game-related inquiries with accuracy and speed
Represent the company brand with enthusiasm and professionalism within the competitive Gaming & Esports community
Stay updated on the latest game releases, patches,



and competitive tournaments to better assist our player base
Collaborate with internal teams to identify emerging trends or technical issues within the gaming platform
Promote a positive and inclusive environment for general gamers through empathetic communication
Contribute to the internal knowledge base to improve support workflows and documentation

Requirements

Native or fluent Spanish (spoken and written)
Strong command of the English language for professional collaboration
Genuine passion for the Gaming & Esports industry and its ecosystem
Valid EU passport (mandatory)
Excellent problem-solving skills and an aptitude for troubleshooting technical issues
Previous experience in a customer service or support-oriented environment is considered an advantage
