About the Role: As an Account Executive, you will manage the full sales cycle for the innovative solutions — from first contact through to subscription close. This hybrid role calls for someone who's comfortable with cold-calling, thrives on KPIs, and is ready to build a long-term sales career in a fast-paced, international environment. What You'll Do: Manage the complete sales cycle: initial contact, client meetings, free trial management, and subscription close Hand over accounts to the Customer Experience team post-subscription Work efficiently with auto-assigned leads Handle a high-volume outbound workflow (~80-100 calls/day) Meet KPIs across calls, demos, trial-to-paid conversions, and Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) generated Progress through a structured ramp-up: 0% (Month 0-1) 30% (Month 2)
