Responsibilities

Carrying out technical diagnostics, routine maintenance, and complete mechanical repairs on various vehicles.
Inspecting mechanical systems, troubleshooting faults, and servicing key vehicle components.
Ensuring all repair work strictly complies with safety, technical, and quality standards.




Managing workshop tasks efficiently to support smooth day‑to‑day operations in Palma.

Requirements

Practical work experience in a mechanical workshop as a 1st, 2nd, or 3rd class mechanic.
A valid driver's license (essential requirement for testing and moving vehicles).
Solid working knowledge of motor vehicle systems, diagnostic procedures, and mechanics.
A precise, independent, and reliable approach to manual work.

Employer Provided Conditions

A permanent employment contract (contrato fijo) in the private sector.
Workplace based in Palma, Mallorca.
Regular weekly schedule: Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 8:00 to 16:00, and Wednesdays split from 8:00 to 13:00 and 15:00 to 19:00.
Compensation according to the official metal sector collective agreement (convenio metal).
