Who we're looking for:

Degree in Theology (PhD strongly preferred)
Solid teaching experience (ideally 3+ years)
Commitment to the Catholic identity and mission of the university
Ability to engage students from diverse academic backgrounds
A passion for teaching, mentoring, and academic development
