What you´ll be doingYour day-to-day as a Product DesignerDesigningYou’ll spend most of your day in Figma, crafting experiences for both clients and freelancers across the Shakers platform—on desktop, mobile, and sometimes tablet.

We always start by deeply understanding the design goals and constraints so every proposal aligns with the product vision.Running user testsYou’ll test your designs with real users to see what works and what needs a second round. At Shakers, we don’t design blindly—we like to test early, listen, iterate, and make informed decisions. That’s why it’s important you feel comfortable sharing your work, talking to users and stakeholders, and adjusting quickly when things don’t quite land.Co-creating with the teamWe don’t design in isolation or in waterfall mode. You’ll be an active part of the Product Trio (PM, Designer, Dev), helping shape solutions from day one.
