exchanges, cancellations and refunds using Amadeus and approved booking platformsSupport Delegate Managers and Project Managers by processing travel-related requests accurately and efficientlyIssue tickets, manage billing activities and maintain accurate records within internal systemsProvide responsive support for after-sales requests, urgent travel changes and unforeseen travel disruptionsDeliver a high level of service to client stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and professional travel experienceContribute to process improvements, technology adoption and more efficient ways of working across travel operationsWhat you’ll bring(We really mean it.
