Are you looking for an opportunity to teach specialized food industry courses in Mallorca? A training entity based in Palma is hiring a vocational trainer to deliver several modules linked to a Dual Vocational Training program for meat industries. The temporary contract encompasses a total of 525 training hours starting on October 1, 2026.
As a trainer, you will be responsible for teaching the following approved training modules:

Implementation of food quality systems in the food industry (INAD023PO - 270 hours)
Quality systems in the food industry (INAD047PO - 70 hours)
HACCP system and correct hygiene practices (INAD046PO - 60 hours)
Packaging of food products (INAD003PO - 50 hours)
Food legislation and regulations (INAD028PO - 50 hours)
R&D;+i in the food industry (INAD021PO - 25 hours)

To be eligible for this position, you must meet the following criteria:

Minimum education: Level 2 Professional Certificate,



Intermediate Vocational Training Degree, or a University Degree.
Relevant professional work experience directly related to the course content.
Accredited teaching competence.

What the contract offers:

Gross annual salary: €16,800 (€32 per hour company cost).
Temporary full-time contract (525 total teaching hours).
Main schedule: Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:00 between October 1, 2026, and December 14, 2026.
Additional session dates: Tuesdays in January and February 2027, March 9 and 16, April 6 and 27, May 18, June 8 and 29, July 20, and August 18.
Location: Palma, Mallorca.
