This person will be responsible for managing and delivering large-scale, group-wide process initiatives, ensuring smooth handover to business and service teams.Your tasks/responsibilitiesManage and deliver process related large new group wide topics incl. hand over into business and Group Services for implementationDesign, analyze and optimize end-to-end processes to improve efficiency, quality and throughput.Identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies and risks through data analysis and observation.Develop and implement process improvements,
