Responsibilities * Manage and respond to inbound sales and supply requests from the DACH market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) * Qualify incoming leads, understand customer and supplier needs, and initiate both the sales and supply pipeline * Advise potential customers and machine sellers, prepare offers, and assist in negotiation and closing processes * Ensure excellent customer and supplier experience through professional and timely communication * Enrich and maintain data quality in our CRM and sales tools to ensure accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and supply requests * Support sales and supply operations as well as account managers to guarantee smooth workflows and successful deal execution * Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and strengthen relationships with production companies, dealers,
