Are you an experienced Executive Assistant ready for an international career move?

We are looking for an Executive Assistant / Executive Business Partner to work closely with the Chairman & Group CEO of an international business group , based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia .

This is an opportunity for an experienced executive support professional who enjoys working closely with senior leadership, coordinating multiple priorities and operating in an international and multicultural environment.

A comprehensive relocation package is provided, including visa sponsorship, housing and car allowances, private health insurance and an annual flight to your home country.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a complex executive calendar, meetings, international travel and business engagements.
- Acting as a key point of contact between the Chairman & Group CEO and internal and external stakeholders.




- Coordinating and following up on business priorities, projects and action points.
- Preparing presentations, reports, briefing documents and executive correspondence.
- Attending selected meetings and business engagements, capturing decisions and ensuring appropriate follow-up.
- Supporting cross-functional and international projects involving different departments and regional offices.
- Conducting business research and gathering relevant information to support decision-making.
- Facilitating effective communication between senior leadership, teams and international business units.
- Anticipating priorities, identifying potential challenges and helping ensure smooth day-to-day executive operations.
- Managing sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

You will bring:
- A university degree in Business Administration, Management, International Business, Economic
