What You’ll Do
The Learning and Development team helps our people, teams, and leaders grow through practical, scalable, and business-relevant solutions. We are looking for a lead to own and develop two critical learning portfolios: Core and Discovery. Core focuses on scaling company-wide systems like leadership development and individual learning,



ensuring they stay reliable and aligned with real business needs. Discovery is about navigating uncertainty and exploring AI-enabled learning, scalable digital formats, and new L&D; practices for the AI era.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between high-level strategy and day-to-day team realities. You will collaborate closely with department and team leads, and HR, Comp & Benefits, and Analytics departments to translate loosely defined needs into clear development goals. You will have full ownership of these portfolios, building decision-making frameworks for learning investments and making the impact of L&D; highly visible across JetBrains.
Day To Day, You Will
- Lead and support the L&D; team, helping owners prioritize their goals, make decisions, and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Work with department and team leads across the company to align learning initiatives with real business priorities.
