Your mission
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Counsel Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will support the legal function in managing commercial contracts and providing day-to-day legal assistance to the business. Working closely with senior legal colleagues and cross-functional teams, you will help ensure compliance, mitigate risks, and contribute to the smooth execution of business operations. What You’ll Be Doing
- Support the drafting,



review and management of commercial contracts, including procurement agreements, distributor agreements, supply contracts and after-sales service agreements.
- Assist the business team during public procurement procedures by preparing documentation and ensuring legal compliance.
- Provide practical legal support to business stakeholders under the guidance of senior legal team members.
- Help identify legal risks in business activities and escalate when necessary.
- Support in the management of legal disputes, including coordination with external counsel.
- Assist in monitoring and implementing legal compliance policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the preparation of internal guidelines, templates and legal training materials.
- Provide clear and structured legal summaries to support decision-making.
