Get ready to
- Develop and execute high-performance for mostly Meta ad creatives
- Align creatives with performance goals (ROAS, CTR, CPA) and drive measurable results
- Write clear, actionable briefs for designers, editors, and others, focusing on direct-response marketing
- Collaborate with project managers and the marketing team to ensure creative success
- Analyze A/B test data to optimize ads and drive conversions




- Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated on Meta ad trends
- Copywrite compelling ad copy (headlines, CTAs) optimized for sales and lead generation

We expect you to
- Have 3+ years of experience in performance-driven creative roles, with a focus on Meta ads
- Have a portfolio showcasing successful U.S. market Meta campaigns
- Have strong understanding of performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR)
- Have creative and analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making
- Have excellent English skills and ability to adapt to the U.S. market
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a passion for pushing creative boundaries

Salary
Gross salary range is 3500 - 4500 EUR/month.
Location
