What You’ll Do
- Financial & payments support: Deliver hands-on support related to club financials, including payments, registrations, and related systems, ensuring smooth and accurate financial workflows.
- Optimize usage: Ensure customers understand its functionalities and how to optimize sports management operations.




- Customer growth: Help and guide customers to develop their usage.
- Onboarding: Provide training and support to new customers.
- Customer support: Deliver exceptional customer support and build strong relationships with our clients.

Who We’re Looking For
- Communication: Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with the ability to empathize and provide clear guidance.
- Educational background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn and navigate software platforms (experience with CRM software or other management systems is a bonus).
- Skills: Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries effectively
- Language: Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written. Speaking other languages is a plus, for example Germa
