Since then, we’ve launched Voidpet Dungeon, our flagship RPG.
We are an 8-person team working fully remote over Discord.

We currently manage multi-channel UA across Meta, TikTok, Google App Campaigns, and AppLovin. We’re looking for a User Acquisition Manager who can take ownership of our paid growth efficiently and reliably.

What you’ll do
Own day-to-day management of UA campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google App Campaigns, and AppLovin
Manage budgets, pacing, campaign structure, and scaling strategies across multiple geos and platforms
Analyze ROAS, LTV curves, cohort performance, funnel drop-offs,



and identify opportunities to improve efficiency

What we’re looking for
Strong quantitative mindset. Comfortable modeling growth, payback curves, and forecasting campaign performance
2 to 5+ years managing paid UA for mobile games
History of managing budgets at meaningful scale
Strong experience with AppLovin, Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads Manager
Comfortable wearing multiple hats and working across creative, technical, and business needs
Strong async and written communication

Compensation
$80,000-$110,000 per year based on experience
