About The Role

Our Compliance team blends regulatory expertise with data-driven thinking to make sure our products meet legal and policy requirements and deliver real value to customers. In a fast-moving, digital environment,



they stay one step ahead by finding smart, scalable ways to manage conduct risk.

We’re looking for a Business Compliance Manager to advise, challenge, and oversee compliance risks across our investing and trading products, enabling innovation while meeting general regulatory expectations.

What You'll Be Doing

Reviewing new investment/trading product launches and changes for regulatory compliance
Designing and enhancing controls across trading, brokerage, and wealth operations
Conducting deep-dive reviews on market conduct, suitability, appropriateness, disclosures, etc.
Supporting regulatory examinations, audits, and governance processes
Working closely with Trading, Product, Legal, and Risk stakeholders
Monitoring regulatory developments in investments, securities, and crypto
