Location: Barcelona, Spain – World Trade Center
Work model: Office-based, with potential progression to hybrid
Full-time: 39 hours/week
Languages: German C2 + English C1
Salary: €26,710 gross/year + up to €4,290 performance bonus
Relocation support: Available for candidates outside Spain

Join TP Spain as a Sales Acquisition Specialist for a leading travel and hospitality platform. You'll identify and engage professional hosts and business partners, manage the full acquisition pipeline, and guide new clients through onboarding.

Requirements:
- 2+ years in sales, business development or recruitment
- Strong outbound sales and target-achievement experience
- CRM experience,



ideally Salesforce or HubSpot
- Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
- Experience with sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus
- Resilient, organized and customer-focused
