? Who we are

We're an international relocation and recruitment company. We bring blue-collar professionals, from Latin America to Germany, and we handle the entire journey end to end: language training with native speakers, visa and paperwork, travel, housing, and support once they land.

We've already relocated hundreds of people. We work with some of the largest employers in our market, and we're growing fast.

The operation works. It's just getting complex — many moving parts, many stakeholders, and plenty of places where things can break. That's what we need you for.

? What you'll do

You'll run our operations end to end and lead a team of around 25 people. You'll report directly to our CEO.

It's a senior leadership position and it's deeply hands-on. Macro and detail, same day.

? What you've probably done before




- Run operations at a fast-growing startup — delivery, mobility, staffing, marketplaces, or anything that coordinates a large workforce
- Led teams, not just processes. Real ownership, not an advisory seat
- Launched a market or a city from scratch (a strong plus)
- Worked in messy, fast environments and left them working

Recruitment, staffing or relocation experience is a plus, not a requirement.

? What we need
- Fluent English — this is a must for the role
- Spanish and German are preferred — Spanish to communicate with candidates and our team on the ground, and German to interact with employers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland
- Comfortable working European hours
- Available soon. We're adaptable on the contract.
