Responsibilities
Manage and respond to
inbound sales and supply requests
from the
DACH market
(Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
Qualify
incoming leads, understand customer and supplier needs, and
initiate both the sales and supply pipeline
Advise
potential customers and machine sellers,
prepare
offers, and
assist in negotiation and closing processes
Ensure excellent customer and supplier experience through
professional and timely communication
Enrich and maintain
data quality in our CRM
and sales tools to ensure accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and supply requests
Support sales and supply operations
as well as account managers to guarantee smooth workflows and successful deal execution
Conduct market research to
identify opportunities for growth




and strengthen relationships with production companies, dealers, and cooperation partners
Skills & Requirements
Proactive and structured working style with a strong hands-on mentality
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – confident in engaging with customers and suppliers
Determination, resilience, and reliability in following through processes
Fluent German (mother-tongue level or equivalent) and strong English skills (spoken & written)
2–3 years of experience in B2B inside sales, account management, or customer support
