German Digital Marketing Sales | Barcelona

Location: Barcelona, Spain – World Trade Center
Work model: Hybrid, full-time (39 hours/week)
Languages: German C2 + advanced English
Salary: €25,440 gross/year + up to €6,360 bonus
Relocation support: Provided

Join TP Spain on a Google Ads / Digital Marketing project, focusing on outbound sales, customer acquisition and account development for the German market.

Requirements:
- Around 20 months of sales experience preferred
- Strong outbound sales and CRM experience
- Good knowledge of digital marketing and Google Ads
- Strong understanding of the German market and business culture
- Comfortable with KPIs, customer follow-up and stakeholder management
- Proactive, target-driven and customer-focused
- Awareness of GDPR and data privacy
