This is not a full-time position. You will only be required to visit the client’s site when there is a specific activity or support request. Payment will be made on an hourly basis for the time worked.

Role Description The Dispatch Field Engineer role is a contract, on-site position based in the Balearic Islands, Spain. This role involves responding to dispatched service requests, traveling to client locations,



and performing hands-on technical support for desktops, servers, storage, and network equipment. The Dispatch Field Engineer will diagnose and resolve hardware and basic software issues, execute IMAC activities, and carry out routine maintenance and smart hands tasks as directed by remote teams. Responsibilities include documenting work performed, updating ticketing systems, communicating clearly with coordinators and clients, and adhering to safety and quality standards. The role also requires collaborating with other engineers and following established procedures to ensure consistent and reliable service delivery.
